I really would like a connection between Rayagada and Phulbani as an alternate and shorter route. this SW-NE National Hwy will open up the interior of Orissa and should have a Rail line along same alignment. With Sambalpur- CTC and Bolangir-Khurda line(when completed) on both sides of Mahanadi river, Orissa will get well connected. But these are a must, in the list.
