BHUBANESWAR: For the Swiss nationals Monika Kessler and her brother Niklaus Kessler, their experience with Bhubaneswar has been far from nice. After being publicly insulted by some miscreants a week back, they felt let down by the Sahid Nagar Police which did not even accept their statements.
